Exploring Other Worlds - Panel on Exoplanets

Last month NASA announced the discovery of the 5000th exoplanet—planets that orbit distant stars.  Among these planets are water worlds, lava planets, planets with multiple suns, and even planets with no sun at all.  This year, Las Vegas is host to one of the largest international conferences on exoplanets, bringing amazing scientists from all over the world to explore the latest findings and research.  Join us for a public keynote with Dr. Jonathan Fortney, science team member for NASA's Kepler and Juno missions and the director of the Other Worlds Laboratory at UC Santa Cruz.  This keynote will be followed by a panel discussion with Dr. Fortney and other experts in the field.
