The EXPO at World Market Center

The culminating event of the annual Las Vegas Science and Technology Festival is our GIANT EXPO, where organizations can connect with families throughout our community and showcase the amazing science and technology happening all around us. 

​

We look forward to your participation in the 13th annual event! We anticipate close to 10,000 attendees at the Expo this year.  Register for your booth today! 

Registration deadline is Friday, April 5 to secure your booth for the 2024 Giant Expo!

2024 Festival Exhibitor Rates:

​

Standard Booth (10’x20') - Non-profit organization rate: $150

Standard Booth (10’x20') - Corporate rate: $300

*Additional booth sizes and fees outlined in the application

Standard booth (10'x20') includes:

Two (2) six-foot, skirted tables

Four (4) chairs

One (1) standard electrical outlet (5 amps)

One (1) small trash can

Wifi access available (shared network) 

*additional needs may be requested
